I have yet to try carbonara – I’ve only ever had chicken carbonara pizza, haha! This has reminded me to add spaghetti carbonara to my list of foods to try 🙂 Thanks!

This was one of the first spaghetti’s that I had learned to make because of the simplicity of the ingredients! It’s also one of my all time favorites! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I do like the traditional the best. – Neek

Just when I was wondering what it is I REALLY want to eat you pop up with what I REALLY want to eat. Bravo for the real recipe (I spend too much time refusing Carbonara here in the US because they will insist on lobbing in cream) – taste of real Italy here I come!! X
