  1. What a great review you wrote for the paper … good luck with that as I hope you will be a regular columnist. I know a few people in Melbourne so I will be sure to share your brilliance with them!!! Xx

    1. Thanks so much Osyth. I always say you never know which door will open next. It’s a wonderful new adventure for me at the moment, so I hope to grow from it whatever comes. Hope your well and I appreciate your support as always. ❤️

      1. I’m very good. Exploring a little further south in the US for a few days …. not too far – Baltimore and Washington DC but full of delight and a different personality entirely to New England. X

    1. Thanks Arundhati. I sure am. Weekend Notes is all about discovering your local city. And what better way to do that than writing about and supporting my local foodie businesses. I love getting to know the people behind the cafes and restaurants and of course sampling their delicious food! I’ve even started publishing my recipes for an online recipe company! Who knows where it will lead me. 🤞😊
Yes, it is. That’s the roti underneath the sambol, curry and egg. It’s not shredded though like the kottu roti. Simply delicious, you’d love it! ❤️

    1. Thank you Orla. I’m so excited about my new venture. The thing I love most is meeting all these lovely local business owners and supporting my local cafes and restaurants. Thank you for reading and sharing ❤️
