The spicy food up there looks too delicious for words, Lorelle. I am getting pangs for the laksa and the Malay noodles. I think I have to make do with homemade dishes for now! But I love the street food in Southeast Asia. The taste is so pronounced that the senses go into an overdrive. xx

Yum! This post made me hungry! I’ve only had a Singapore Sling but will take this list with me and rectify the situation next time I’m in Singers. I always think afternoon tea is a must eat in Singapore – we’ve tried a few places but Raffles is hard to beat!

Yes, definitely give them a try. Totally agree with you for High Tea. They were renovating the Tiffin Room at the Raffles so couldn’t get in there, but discovered the Fresh Fruit Lab where we had this extraordinary afternoon tea!!! Stay tuned for the post to come!! Xx

You are really killing me with all these dishes. They look absolutely delicious. I would like to try the chili crab and the laksa. We have a Malaysian / Singaporean restaurant in Los Angeles but I think the food is not as good as in the countries. I will like to try the real thing.

I must make a note about the laksa: I do prefer the coconut version; I find the sour seafood version a little too fishy for my taste. Did you get a chance to try the other?
