Stunning! What is the yellow crop?

Thank you lovely. The yellow fields are canola crops. We were lucky to see them as they are usually harvested around November. Very pretty sight! 😉

They are radiant! In England the rapeseed has the same colour … now I’m wondering if they are related. I use canola oil in the US 🙂xx

They are indeed.
Canola oil is widely used.

The photos certainly portray the countryside – the brightness of the canola fields, the heavy clouds, and the double rainbow. And those winter trees surrounding the street lamp, wouldn’t that just be amazing to see the contrast in a week or two when they burst into life with their spring growth.

😀 That’s really cool. I think its almost time that she had her own photography blog and when it becomes really famous and she a famous photographer, tell her whose suggestion it was. 😉

Hey Emily. Sometimes we take for granted the beauty of the countryside that surrounds us. It’s great to stop and appreciate it. I have heard a lot of great things about Wales. One day! X

I lived in Texas for a spell, so I have seen vast stretches of space. I found that extremely daunting in the beginning. We don’t have this luxury here.

Yes. Singapore is quite small. Texas, wow. That would have been an experience!

I loved my time in Texas. It was very different from Singapore and Hong Kong, which are the 2 other places I’ve lived before. The huge expanses of space was quite the experience!
