    1. @ofteaandengland,

why was that? Because it was all booked out, overcrowded, maybe? Cinque Terre has been high on our list for years and every year we read that more and more people come, thus restrictions?
      Best regards,
      Dina

      1. For us Dina, the path between Riomaggiore and Manarola was closed due to unsteady cliffs. But I’ve heard these paths have been closed for quite some time now. Not exactly sure why this is the case???? 🤔

      2. Unfortunately we went to Cinque Terre on a (ridiculously) short day trip and the tour only took us to 3 of the towns BUT if I had realised how beautiful they were I’d have stayed at least 3-4 days! Oh well, just an excuse to go back hehe 😉 xx

  2. Oh I love this post! What a great – and happy – contribution for Forgiving Fridays. Anytime you involve gelato, Italy, and beauty, that’s an excellent recipe for compassionate self-forgiveness. 🙂 Sending you blessings, and I’m happy to share this for Forgiving Fridays this week. Debbie

  3. Love this. We were in Genoa in Feb, but the weather wasn’t brilliant so we didn’t venture beyond the city !! The Cinque Terre is on our list to visit in better weather …… will take on board your “five”. Thanks 🙂
