a mindful traveller’s Maui Mai Tai…(now that’s a mouthful!)

Ingredients

 

30 ml dark rum

30ml Chambord liquor

30ml Cointreau liquor

100ml pineapple juice

50 ml orange juice

30ml lime juice

50ml lemonade

crushed ice

 

 Method

 

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and pour into a glass over crushed ice.

Garnish with a slice of lime and pineapple.
